Jade is a proud New Zealand citizen of over 30 years, and her journey as a myofascial therapist has taken her across the country, where she’s had the privilege of working with incredible organizations like the Silver Ferns, the Stags, and retired Olympic athletes. She’s also supported numerous retirement homes and sporting events in Queenstown, helping people with movement rehabilitation and recovery.

Today, Jade continues to share her expertise at sports events and clinics in Otago, working 2-4 days a week. Her dedication to staying healthy and strong—through yoga, running, gym workouts, kickboxing, and daily ice plunges—ensures she can give her very best to her clients. By nurturing her own well-being, she’s able to hold space for others and provide compassionate, attentive care.

Since becoming a qualified Level 6 NZQA Massage Therapist , Jade has always adhered to the NZ’s Code of Ethics and Privacy Acts. Based in Queenstown, she’s committed to making every session a positive and healing experience, bringing both warmth and professionalism to her practice.
